Job Summary:
FLYBI Technologies, a leader in drone-based services, specializes in physical stock verification (PSV) for steel and thermal industries, mining, asset inspection, and environmental monitoring. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Executive to manage on-site drone operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure accurate data acquisition. This role is critical for maintaining the efficiency, quality, and safety of our PSV services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise drone-based stock verification and data collection, including bulk and in-situ density measurements.
- Coordinate closely with ground teams to ensure smooth and timely field operations.
- Handle, organize, and verify data from drone surveys for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Identify, document, and report any on-field deviations or issues to supervisors for quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols on site.
- Prepare regular updates and field reports for project status tracking.
- Travel and relocate as required to support projects across multiple industrial sites.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and precise reporting.
- Technical proficiency in drone operations, data handling, and industry measurement tools.
- Problem-solving abilities to tackle on-field challenges and deviations effectively.
- Keen attention to detail for data accuracy and reliable observation.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a strong willingness to travel frequently and work in diverse environments.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Surveying, Geology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field operations, preferably in mining, asset inspection, or stockpile management.
- Knowledge of drone operations, data acquisition methods, and key industry standards (e.g., bulk density).
- Physically fit to work in industrial settings and comply with safety protocols.
