By accessing our website (www.flybi.in), using our drone services, or engaging in any business with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Flybi offers advanced drone solutions across various sectors, including but not limited to:
- Volumetric Stockpile Analysis
- Rooftop Inspections
- Air Quality Monitoring
- Mine Planning and Mineral Exploration
- Drone-Assisted Submersible Slurry Sampling Service.
Our services are designed to assist clients in industries such as steel, mining, environmental monitoring, and construction.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of such entity.
4. Use of Services
Flybi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our services for lawful purposes. Your use of our services is subject to the following conditions:
- Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using our services, including those related to airspace and drone operations.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including but not limited to the violation of privacy rights, intellectual property theft, or unauthorized data collection.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to Flybi’s services, website content, software, and any associated materials (including but not limited to logos, designs, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms) are the exclusive property of Flybi Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our express prior written consent.
- Data Ownership: Any data generated by our drones during services, including environmental data (e.g., air quality measurements, volumetric data) and geospatial information, belongs to Flybi, unless otherwise specified by a contractual agreement.
6. Service Availability and Performance
We strive to provide high-quality, reliable drone services. However, the availability and performance of our services may be impacted by external factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, airspace regulations, or technical difficulties.
- No Guarantee of Results: While we employ advanced drone technology to deliver accurate data, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or uninterrupted service. Data interpretation is subject to environmental factors and sensor limitations.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Site Access and Safety: You must provide Flybi with appropriate access to the locations where our drone services will be conducted. You are responsible for ensuring that the worksite is safe for operations and that all necessary permissions and authorizations for drone flights have been obtained.
- Data Use: You agree not to misuse the data provided by Flybi, including but not limited to using it for purposes outside the agreed-upon scope of services. You may not distribute or resell Flybi-generated data to third parties without prior written approval.
8. Fees and Payment
Flybi offers its services for a fee, as outlined in the relevant service agreement or quotation provided to you. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms set out in the agreement. If you fail to make payment by the due date, Flybi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.
- Taxes and Other Charges: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other government levies imposed on the services provided, including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flybi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Flybi’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flybi, its affiliates, and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of applicable law.
11. Termination
Flybi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Engaging in activities that harm Flybi’s reputation or services
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You will remain liable for any outstanding fees or other obligations incurred prior to termination.
12. Confidentiality
Any proprietary or confidential information shared between Flybi and the client during the provision of services must remain confidential. This includes technical data, operational details, and any other information deemed sensitive by either party.
- Data Security: We follow stringent data security protocols to protect the information collected and shared during service engagements. However, clients are also responsible for safeguarding any confidential data provided to them through Flybi’s services.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Flybi’s services.
15. Force Majeure
Flybi shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, labor disputes, or technical failures.
